What is an Enquiry about Results?
An Enquiry about Results is a review of the marking of a student's examination script(s) or a re-moderation of a school's Internally Assessed work. We carry out extensive quality checks before we issue results. However, we do offer a range of Enquiry about Results services if you would like us to check the results for particular candidates.
Full details of the regulations that apply to our Enquiries about Results processes can be found under section 6.3 of our Cambridge Handbook.
What Enquiry about Results services are available?

Please remember:
- You can only submit a review of components from the same syllabus as part of a single enquiry about results. We cannot accept additional component enquiries for the same candidate and syllabus at a later date.
- For each candidate, you can only submit all the components in the syllabus for the same post-results service. For example, you cannot request a Service 1S for one component and then a Service 2S for another component if they are components of the same syllabus.
