What are Access Arrangements and how do I apply?

Access Arrangements are pre-exam arrangements made on behalf of a candidate with particular needs. There are three different groups of access arrangements (access arrangements and modified papers), each of which has their own application form and set of deadlines.

For full details on what Access Arrangements are available and how to apply please refer to section 1.3 of the current Cambridge Handbook, found here. The relevant application forms and guidance documents for access arrangements can be found here.

Please note that all requests for access arrangements must be made by the school or centre where a student is taking their exams. Schools have a direct relationship with their students, and they are best placed to ensure that any requests are properly considered.
